BBA//Fjeldco and White & Case legal consultants in the sale of Íslandsbanki
BBA//Fjeldco along with the international law firm White & Case LLP have been selected to provide ISFI (Icelandic State Financial Investments) and Íslandsbanki with joint legal consultation on the sale of the Icelandic state’s shareholdings in Íslandsbanki, one of the three largest banks in Iceland. BBA//Fjeldco was selected from a group of six domestic law firms and White & Case was selected from a group of nine international law firms that participated in separate public tenders for the project.
