Thelma Christel Kristjánsdóttir from our TMT & IP department will be presenting at the Stjórnvísir fall conference Wednesday, 25 September 2024. The session, which will be in Icelandic only, will focus on the issue of large language models, or LLMs, and the legal challenges involved.

Thelma holds a Mag. Jur. degree from the University of Iceland and recently graduated with an LL.M. in Technology and Law from the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley). In her studies at UC Berkeley, Thelma focused on research relating to AI, video games, cybersecurity, IP and data protection.
