BBA//Fjeldco recently advised Styrkás hf. on its agreement to acquire all of the share capital of Icelandic asphalt producer and paving contractor Malbiksstöðin ehf., together with the company's land plots at Esjumelar.  Part of the consideration will be paid in newly issued shares in Styrkás.. m. The acquisition creates a fifth core business line for Styrkás, adding capacity to build and maintain transport infrastructure. It also comes as the group prepares to list on the Nasdaq Iceland Main Market, targeted for Q2 2027. Completion remains subject to customary conditions, including approval by the Icelandic Competition Authority. .
